We value you as a customer and want your experience with Ginabugs to be an enjoyable one! To help ensure that you receive the best possible service, please read the following guidelines on our return & exchange policy.

Personalized Items: All personalized orders are final unless there is an error on our part.

Returning an Item : Please check your merchandise immediately upon arrival. We will gladly issue a refund of your payment, less shipping charges, if you contact us within 15 days of the purchase date. After this period all sales are final. You must contact us via email prior to the 15th day to receive a Return Authorization Number. A refund will not be issued for items unless a RA# is issued and clearly written on the outside of the returned package. All return items must be shipped within 7 days once the RA# is issued. We are not responsible for lost packages and therefore recommend that you pay for tracking on all returns. Your account will be credited for the full purchase amount (less shipping) when we receive your return. If you paid for your order by credit card please note we can only credit the card used for the original purchase.

Exchanging an Item : Simply order the new replacement item(s) through our website. We will process the order and ship it immediately. This will be treated as a new order. Once you have placed the new order, follow the steps above on returning your item.

All items must be returned in their original condition along with hangers, plastic, and all tags still attached.

All holiday merchandise is a final sale as of the date of the holiday.
